Apt Suite. Apt/suite is the apartment number or suite number in a residential building if it was just suite it might be an office number in a commercial building so if they come together the it would be a residential space in a building for the purposes of living a life and not working yourself to death.

When I click on Continue I get this page where my name/address are already entered and all I need to do is enter the serial number for the device and registration number for the applecare Note that the Apt/Suite area is blank Hmm from the name of the field that sounds like something that should be optional.
